At the same time, the share of Sberbank, the segment leader, decreased by 1.3 percentage points in the second quarter of 2021, to 41.1%, and the total percentage of Tinkoff, Alfa Bank and Sovcombank increased by 1.4 percentage points. .p., up to 33.1%.
Banks from the top 30 confirmed an increase in issued credit card loans. The main reason for the increase is the lifting of pandemic restrictions and the restoration of business activity, the press service of the RNKB reported. Finam analyst Igor Dodonov is confident that the growth in credit card debt is associated with a general increase in demand for loans. In addition, the Russians noted the greater convenience of such debts compared to cash loans. A number of financial institutions expect further growth in the indicator.
