David Harbor on Black Widow: “Alexei has a particular role in Natasha’s life”

Last Friday, July 9, Black Widow premiered on Disney Plus. All those who have Premier Access will be able to see Scarlett Johansson in the farewell to her beloved role and her last goodbye to the MCU. In this way, this expected launch also means the return of Marvel to the big screen and the continuation of its Phase 4.

In that sense, this feature film seeks to bring us closer to the mysterious past of the spy Natasha Romanoff, whom we met for the first time in Iron Man 2 (2010) and whose unexpected death left her fans devastated in Avengers: endgame (2019). However, the avenger is not the only star that has appeared in this latest installment.

In fact, Black widow introduces Yelena Belova, Melina Vostokoff, and Alexei Shostakov. The latter is played by David Harbor, who has given interviews to international media about his participation in the film and where he has offered details of the connection between his character and that of Johansson.
