The Law Commission of the National Assembly has given to unanimity its go-ahead on Wednesday at the creation of a commission of inquiry into the deadly attack in March on Yvan Colonna, detained at the prison; Arles prison.

Created at; the initiative of the deputy; of Haute-Corse Jean-Félix Acquaviva (Liot), the commission of inquiry will have to examine in particular the conditions of detention of the presumed murderer, Franck Elong Abé, but will not “ ;not have its investigations relate to matters falling within the exclusive competence of the authority; judicial”, warned Caroline Abadie (Renaissance), rapporteur of the text creating the commission.
