American artist mort Drucker (Mort Drucker), who worked as a cartoonist in Mad Magazine more than half a century, died at the age of 91 years.
His distinctive caricatures of celebrities appeared on the pages of Mad Magazine for over five decades. The death of Drucker was not a result of the new coronavirus, even though he had trouble breathing, said his publicist.
The cartoonist was quarantined for several weeks to avoid infection. The death occurred from causes related to age. His friend, cartoonist John Rayner, said that mort Drucker in conversation with him called himself a happy man who lived a wonderful life
In 2015, Drucker was the first recipient of the medal of honor the National society of cartoonists. He was also a cartoonist, and three years he worked for DC Comics.
