In the course of the research, 182 people suffering from migraines were divided into three groups, the participants of which were on different diets. The first group consisted of foods high in fatty fish and low in vegetable fats, the second consisted of foods high in fatty fish and linoleic acid, and the third consisted of foods high in linoleic acid and low in fatty fish.
As a result, it turned out that people from the first group who ate a diet with less vegetable oil and more oily fish led to a 30% -40% reduction in the total number of hours of headache per day.
