After a new week of contests, the Exatlón México athletes once again faced each other in a battle for survival that pushed their emotions to the limit due to the risk of leaving the competition.

During the week, the blue team of Heroes managed to return to the fortress , the most luxurious lodge in which the participants can rest better. Which meant that the Titans team had to return to the cabin for a week.

Still, the Reds won the first survival match with a surprising comeback. After taking the lead with a score of nine to five, please Heroes, the Titans managed to come back and win the first duel and sent Keno Martell into the battle for permanence.

With a new elimination modality, both teams reached the Sunday edition. The mud circuit awaited them for the contest that would define the color of the second possible eliminated and a third confrontation would give the name of the third of them. It could be any of the athletes, in the end, the men of both teams were at risk.

Having won the first battle, the Reds were behind with just two runs, while the Blues managed to get to nine on a very good run. However, Titanes did not miss the opportunity to come back and gave their all in a few more races.

Despite this, they only managed to get six races when the Heroes managed to achieve the classic 10 Survival points . Thus, Antonio Rosique, host of the program, announced that it would be the red paratrooper, Adrián Medrano, fell to the elimination challenge.

But a race was lacking to define the color and name of the last possible man who would leave the Costa Rican beaches. It was played at three points, on the same circuit with two men and two women from each team.

Titanes managed to win and finally it was announced that Ernesto Cázares , the winner of the first Exatlón México, would have to go to the elimination challenge, which surprised hundreds of fans who follow the program in real time and share their reactions on social networks. Even during the week there was speculation about the possible exit of the parkour practitioner from the competition.

This time, first the two blues faced each other to define who would go against the paratrooper. They had five lives each and between Ernesto and Keno, it was the first who was saved from elimination.

After playing several water circuits, Keno faced Adrián with a particular skill that led him to keep his five lives almost intact, despite the fact that red had a medal that gave him an extra life.

The skydiver had to leave the competition, but not before saying goodbye to Rosique and her fellow adventurers. Among the words he shared he said:

I know I don’t have a trophy, but I can proclaim myself the winner of the Exatlon because I take this with me. I won great friends, a family and I earned that life gives me revenge because I have already been there for two seasons.
