The French have evacuated many hundreds of Afghans in the past week, but inadvertently among those people were also the Taliban. According to the newspaper Le Monde, three evacuees have been placed under judicial supervision. They are suspected of ‘maintaining ties with an organization that wants to establish an Islamic state with terrorist means’.
