The driver of the truck the evening before and drove into a crowd of protesters in the U.S. Minneapolis, was a native of Ukraine Bogdan Vechirko, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
The incident occurred on the bridge at the entrance to the city. None of the protesters was injured.
The Department of public safety’s actions Vechirko called “incitement of the crowd of peaceful demonstrators”. He was charged with assault. Vechirko detained without the right to bail.
