Seco Mind, a rib of the Seco Group, is born, an Arezzo company considered the center of excellence in the field of technological innovation and the Internet of Things. Seco Mind, the Group says, “integrates the high value added skills of Artificial Intelligence, IoT and Big Data Analytics from three companies recently acquired by Seco as part of its growth strategy by external lines”.
The operation comes to life from “a corporate reorganization project within the Group aimed at bringing together under a single legal entity the companies up to now dedicated to the development of the Clea platform “. The transaction was completed through the merger Aidilab and Hopenly within the acquiring company Inspired, renamed Seco Mind by merger deed of June 26, 2021.
Thanks to the merger, Seco Mind will be able to maximize the synergies deriving from the interaction and sharing of advanced technological know-how between three important Research and Development teams, now united under a single structure. The Group’s Ai offering is further strengthened by Seco Mind Us, established following the recent acquisition of Oro Networks, an artificial intelligence company based in Silicon Valley, completed on June 23, 2021.
The fine-tuning of the new corporate organization chart, which will see Dario Freddi and Maurizio Caporali fill the role of co-CEO of Seco Mind for the European part, and Ajay Malik as CEO of Seco Mind Us. The three managers will report to Massimo Mauri, CEO of Seco SpA.

Finally, the Seco Group informs that Seco Mind has also finalized several collaboration agreements with a network of system integrators, partners and research teams and development at an international level, which will allow the Group to have a team of over 400 people with specialized skills in the field of IoT and artificial intelligence.
