Trouble continues for André. Santini. The mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine) is at new target by a complaint filed on Monday. Two ex-municipal agents have indeed denounced an “illegal taking of interests” with the Nanterre public prosecutor’s office, reports France Info.
The two agents, a former bailiff and a former chief of staff, had filed a first complaint in July against André; Santini for “ sexual assault” and “moral and sexual harassment” concerning facts that would have occurred between 2019 and 2022. They are currently off work. The BRDP (Brigade for the repression of delinquency against persons) would be in charge of the investigation.

Santini should file a complaint for “slanderous denunciation”< /h2>
During a town council meeting, André Santini would have voted in; his favor a so-called “functional protection” measure, which allows him to benefit from legal assistance in this case. It’s to denounce this measure that the two agents carried complaint for “illegal taking of interest”, especially since they are not entitled to it.
At the same time, their lawyer filed a referral to contest the rejection of the functional protection requested by its customers. André’s lawyer Santini expressed his intention to press charges against the two officers for “slanderous denunciation”.
