During his presentation of E3 2021,Xbox surprised by announcing The Outer Worlds 2, game that of course would be coming exclusively to the consoles of Microsoft and PC in the future. Its authors did not give a specific date for its release, however, it seems that the title is already in a “playable” state, so it could debut much earlier than expected.
Although it seems that The Outer Worlds 2 is still a long way from reaching our hands, a recent tweet by John Sawyer, design director at Obsidian, mention that you have already been playing this title. In a comment on some recent games you’ve been playing, Sawyer mentioned so much to The Outer Worlds 2 like Avowed, another project of this study.

At the very least, this tweet confirms that the game is already advanced enough to be in a playable stage. We don’t know when it will debut The Outer Worlds 2however, it appears that it is being created with Unreal Engine 5.
