Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid submitted He underwent a pair of surgeries on his sprained right thumb and left index finger.
The Sixers, who were eliminated from the postseason by the Miami Heat, announced the operations Tuesday.
They do not expect that any of the procedures, to which he underwent Monday, impact his availability for training camp.

Embiid, 28, led the way. He led the NBA in points averaging a career-high 30.6 points in 68 games. He had 11.7 rebounds and 4.2 assists to help Philadelphia reach the Eastern Conference semifinals for the second straight year. Miami won the series in six games.
Embiid averaged . 23.6 points and 10.7 boards in the postseason even though he played with injured hands. The thumb injury occurred in the first round against Toronto.
