Stellantis plans include several innovations for the brand Launch. The Turin car manufacturer has lived in immobility in recent years, with only one model in the range which, however, has been able to drive the sales of the brand, always at the top thanks to Ypsilon and behind only the Fiat Panda. A total relaunch is expected in the next few years, which will begin with the expansion of the models available, also thanks to the inclusion of an SUV in the line-up.
Ploué: “I would like a recognizable Lancia on the street”
It is from this assumption that the suggestion published on his Instagram page by Mirko Del Prete, a young car designer who has imagined one of the Lancias to come, is born. It is a coupe SUV, with an important presence on the road and which is characterized in the front by the typical Lancia grille. Although at the moment there does not seem to be a model with high wheels of this size, with Stellantis that seems willing to bet everything on a compact SUV and a sports sedan, the Italian designer’s style exercise aims to give new prestige to the brand. Italian challenging its main rivals in the segment, starting with BMW X6 and Mercedes GLE. The DP Vision, the name chosen by Del Prete for its rendering, can certainly stimulate the imagination of fans of the brand, waiting to see the plans for Lancia unveiled.
