He was old. 36 years old and father of three children. This day of December 2020, Yoann Essirard had come to help his brother take care of the Moustoir lawn at; the occasion of the football match between FC Lorient and Stade Rennais. In an empty stadium of its supporters by the Covid-19, the fall of a heating ramp had caused a stir. Replacement players who participated in the a sludge had seen all of the accident, which had cost life at; Yoann Essirard.
While moving a heated gantry, this enthusiast football had seen the imposing device fall on him, a few minutes after the final whistle. This Monday, the court condemned two executives at; six months suspended prison sentence, considering that they had a share of responsibility; in this accident.

Based in Vendée, the company Sportingsols employed three employees for lawn maintenance. Each of the three employees could invite a relative to help restoration of the land. That evening, Yoann Essirard had been guest by his brother, an employee of the company. On Monday, the two managing directors of Sportingsols, Robert Jobard and Loïc Paul, were found guilty of failure to train and update provision of equipment but also concealed work. They have been sentenced on Monday to six months suspended prison sentence and eleven fines of 500 euros, i.e. one per employee; civil party, including the widow of the deceased volunteer.
Prosecuted as to her as a legal person for manslaughter, the company; Sportingsols has been sentenced to 90,000 euros fine for the offense of manslaughter and 22,000 euros (eleven times 2,000 euros) for breaches of the Labor Code.
