For his part, the alleged perpetrator of the act is a fugitive from justice, but identified by the police.
Specifically, the fatal victim is a 22-year-old man that he was stabbed with a knife, which left him at risk of life.

Despite being taken by ambulance to the hospital in said commune, he could not survive the attack due to the severity of the injury.
The Homicide Brigade and the Criminalistics Laboratory of the PDI of Valdivia were in charge of investigating the murder, proceedings that are being directed by the Public Ministry.
The chief prosecutor of Río Bueno, Sergio Fuentes, confirmed that the perpetrator of the crime has been identified and that the police are working to find his whereabouts.
The event occurred at the access to the Complex Deportivo Bicentenario, in a small synthetic grass field that is at the entrance of the municipal compound.
Although at the same time there was a soccer game on the main field corresponding to the quarterfinals of the “Central Sports League of Los Barrios”, the organization explained that the fight was not related to said sporting event.
According to witnesses, those involved in the fight arrived with some problem from outside the compound and ended the fight inside said space, one of them being seriously injured after being stabbed.
Despite the fact that the perpetrator of the murder has been identified, to date closure of this note there was no been arrested.
