New trans barbie, photos from Matell website
On different occasions Mattel has shown its inclination to recognize and honor the efforts of some personalities. His first transgender Barbie in support of the LGBTQ+ community and based on the trans actress Laverne Cox.
The new doll has two different outfits, a red tulle dress with a silver body underneath and a white jumpsuit, both original designs for the new Mattel piece.
On the website it is valued at a cost of US$40.00, available for purchase now.

Cox, is a reality TV actress and television producer, as well as an actress. s is the first transgender woman of color to have a leading role in a television show and uses her voice to amplify the message of going beyond from those of social expectations.
