IN COURT France Nature Environnement 06 will appeal the decision of the administrative court of Marseilles which rejected the appeal for annulment of the building permit for the extension of the Nice airport terminal 2

The association France Nature Environnement 06, supported by some thirty organizations from the Alpes-Maritimes region grouped under the name “Alliance écologique et sociale 06” – “PJC”, continues its fight against the extension of Nice airport. This Friday, these organizations announced appeal the decision of the Marseilles court to reject the appeal for annulment of the building permit for the extension of terminal 2.
For more than two and a half years, they have been fighting against this project that They consider themselves to be “the most climaticidal [in] the territory”. The start of the works is planned, according to the schedule of the airport, “beginning 2023 for the first installations ready during 2025”.
