Russian mixed style fighter (MMA) Khabib Nurmagomedov gave a forecast for the upcoming final of the European Football Championship between the national teams of England and Italy. Post available in Instagram trainer Javier Mendes.
Mendes asked Nurmagomedov to share his views on the upcoming Euro final at the request of fans. The 32-year-old fighter noted that both teams have a chance to win, but preferred Gareth Southgate’s wards.
“On the side of Italy is experience. And the British are a younger team and surpass the rival in speed. I think they will win. Moreover, they will have to play at home, ”Nurmagomedov said. He also recalled that the England national team also won their only victory in international tournaments, playing in their native walls – at the World Cup in 1966. On July 2, Nurmagomedov named England one of the favorites of the tournament.
The European Championship final will take place at Wembley Stadium in London on 11 July.

Nurmagomedov is known for his performances in the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC). He defended the championship belt three times as part of the promotion. In addition, the Russian is known as a football fan. The fighter has attended the matches of Real Madrid more than once.
