The goal of the Spaniard and the French team was precisely 2022, but the agreement between the two-time world champion and Alpine had to be confirmed. The official came this morning, Fernando Alonso will still be in F1 in 2022 behind the wheel of the Alpine alongside Esteban Ocon, who was confirmed until 2024 already before the summer break.
