President Jair Bolsonaro said today (14) that he will bring to the president of the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco, a request to file a lawsuit against the ministers of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Alexandre de Morais and Luís Roberto Barroso. The latter is also president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
Article 52 of the Federal Constitution provides that it is the exclusive competence of the Senate to prosecute and judge the justices of the Supreme Court, the members of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the National Council of the Public Ministry, the attorney general of the Republic and the attorney general of the Union in crimes of responsibility.
