The Nintendo Switch exclusive Monster Hunter has sold 2.5 million in the last three months.
Thanks to the launch of Resident Evil 8 and Monster Hunter Rise on Nintendo Switch Capcom signed the best quarter of its history with some spectacular sales for both games, but the joys do not end here for those from Osaka, who have now released the detailed sales of their latest releases, with Resident Evil 7 being the great protagonist with their almost 10 million of games sold worldwide.
RE7 has sold 800,000 games in the last three monthsA figure that has earned it to become the best-selling game in the Resident Evil saga to date, surpassing the formidable remake of Resident Evil 2 that accumulates 8.6 million games since it was released in January 2019. Just a few years ago For months, Capcom itself celebrated that Resident Evil still sells more than a million games a year four years after its release, and in its fiscal results report, it leaves us with a spectacular data.
Monster Hunter World is Capcom’s best-selling game with 17.3 millionDuring the last quarter, which closed on June 30, RE7 has sold 800,000 units, surpassing for example the 500,000 games sold of RE2 Remake or the 400,000 of the remake of Resident Evil 3 in the same period of time.
