A 26-year-old man was charged with to have killed Mia, his companion’s chihuahua, on September 23 at; Combs-la-Ville (Seine-et-Marne). It has been condemned to twelve months in prison including three under an electronic bracelet by the criminal court of Melun (Seine-et-Marne) this Monday; reports Le Parisien.
