A 26-year-old man was charged with to have killed Mia, his companion’s chihuahua, on September 23 at; Combs-la-Ville (Seine-et-Marne). It has been condemned to twelve months in prison including three under an electronic bracelet by the criminal court of Melun (Seine-et-Marne) this Monday; reports Le Parisien. The defendant had to answer for acts of cruelty; towards a domestic animal having trained death.
He had trampled on the the four-year-old animal with his tap shoes up to death ensues. The 3.2 kg dog had a depressed skull. When her mistress had returned home, she had been confronted with the horror vision of Mia’s body. Judged on October 13, the young man had obtained a delay to prepare his defence.
