If Sicily was one of the most loved and popular destinations of the summer, in Selvaggia Lucarelli something went wrong: the story
VIPs from half of Italy have chosen Sicily to spend their summer holidays, however, not everyone has had a pleasant experience. Among these there was Wild Lucarelli, the columnist and journalist has stayed in Noto, but something has definitely gone wrong.
It was there to tell Lucarelli in person who, through a photographic report, showed what she was faced with once she landed in Sicily.
“I have to stay in the car to recharge a cell phone with the destroyed dog, it’s really shameful. I say this with deep sadness but this in Noto is the journey that I will remember with the most regret in life. I appreciated the dazzling beauty of so many places, but I can’t pretend that the rest does not exist. I am completely abandoned to the landlord of the place I rented at exorbitant prices, in a crazy situation.

Selvaggia Lucarelli, having reached the end of her life, also added some final considerations that were also heard by the mayor of the town.
I have traveled all over the world, I have slept in 5 star taverns never experienced a more surreal situation than this. Rent apparently beautiful villas, ask for astronomical figures and then hide flaws, zero services, rudeness, indifference. This is not the Sicily I wanted to tell. The measure is full.
The Mayor of the city reacted on social media by giving explanations to the woman who, however, provided some photographic material.
Dear Madam, just as your discomfort deserves understanding and respect, in the same way our city and our territory, unique places rich in history, deserve, indeed they demand, the same respect even in the awareness that many of us, that these places live , we are far from doing it, indeed, very often, ready to increase the dose by denying and profaning them.
