The event occurred meters from a school. By order of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the PDI Bicrim was in charge of the proceedings to find those responsible.
A person wounded by a ballistic impact left a shooting close to the Family Health Community Center (Cecosf) and school of the Limarí population in the city of Ovalle, Coquimbo region.
According to the background, the shooting occurred this Tuesday morning in the same sector where both facilities are located.
Regarding the injured person, it is a man, who was transferred to the Ovalle provincial hospital. While those responsible for the shots fled the scene.

According to the newspaper El Día, multiple ballistic impacts ended up inside the Health Center and no injuries were reported on the site.
By instruction of the Public Ministry, the Criminal Investigation Brigade (Bicrim) of the PDI will be in charge of clarifying the facts and finding those responsible.
This incident is added to another registered during the night of this Monday in the Cobresal population, where unknown individuals intercepted a subject and attacked him with a firearm. According to witnesses, the victim ended up with multiple injuries.
