As part of the activities for its 85th anniversary, the SID Group presented the book Zumeca, by Lucía Amelia Cabral, a work on the origins of the Dominican Republic
La history comes to life with the illustrations of Pascal Meccariello, who captures his art in a set of earth tones, and has a glossary of poetic brushstrokes that invites you to know the language of the Tainos, for what is considered to Zumeca, an invaluable heritage of the Dominican Republic and Spain.

Ligia Bonetti, executive president of Grupo SID, commented: “At Zumeca, we discover the values that characterize our business group, such as the protection of nature and human beings, seeking their well-being. In the same way, personal growth, a vocation for service and, above all, the reaffirmation of our true origins, the very essence of the corporate identity of Grupo SID.”
