First the neighbor’s dog killed the cat. After he stabbed the dog to death. The case came to Justice and the man could go to oral trial shortly.
The case occurred in Rawson, capital of Chubut. According to the family that owns “Boby”, on April 21 Walter Molina, his neighbor, entered his house, took the animal to his and stabbed it to death. Everything would have been in revenge because the dog had killed his cat.
After the attack, according to the complaint, the man left the dying dog, without any kind of veterinary help that could reverse the situation at the door of the house of its owners, Viviana Segovia and Néstor Carrimán.
The episode escalated by neighborhood conflict in Area 12, a social subdivision located at the entrance to the city through Provincial Route 25, and the owners of “Boby” decided to file a complaint with the Justice. Now Molina was indicted for “Animal abuse and” violation of domicile.

The case is in charge of Judge Mirta Moreno, who established a period of 6 months to investigate. Later the magistrate could decide to initiate an oral judgment against Molina.
The autopsy ordered by the Prosecutor on duty, determined that one of the stab wounds struck in the heart, was the cause of the death of the animal.
The death of the dog produced “A serious psychic blow” to their owners since it was the only pet they had, according to what was narrated at the hearing held at the Rawson Judicial Office.
The Rawson Public Prosecutor’s Office was represented by the prosecutor’s office Patricia Cárcamo and the accused assisted by the public defense represented by Pablo Sánchez.
The defense attorney denied the facts as they were described as the basis of the investigation, but did not oppose the opening of the investigation. Molina preferred not to testify for the time being. The term of the investigation is six months in which it must be concluded.
