An inmate from Florida who was among the 100 people, released early last month to slow the spread of coronavirus, was again in jail. A man suspected of the murder, which occurred just a day after his release.
Joseph Edward Williams, 26, associated with the shooting in Gibsonton (Hillsborough County), 11 miles South-East of Tampa.
