After a traffic accident and a judge of the Republic was arrested while intoxicated while she was driving a car when she went to pick up her minor children from school in the Metropolitan region.

The event occurred yesterday afternoon in Camino el Copihue, where the magistrate was involved in a collision that involved two other cars.
As a result, the police controlled the defendant, and assured that she had alcoholic breath, difficulty speaking and walking .
Prosecutor (s) Christopher Morales recounted the sequence of events that led to Garay’s arrest.
Meanwhile, Jimena Silva, Garay’s defense, indicated that the measures are disproportionate to the defendant’s situation, since she must go to drop her children off at school.
It should be noted that the traffic accident left a 7-year-old occupant of another vehicle with minor injuries.
The court ordered a 90-day investigation.
