The problems between Aída Cuevas and her brother Carlos Cuevas do not stop and apparently the singer will present a large amount of evidence against her brother whom she sued for physical assault, psycho-emotional family violence and moral damage, in what is one of the conflicts more controversial due to the war of declarations between the two.
And it is that it was the lawyer Alfonso Arnáez who announced that Carlos Cuevas could be subjected to a psychological evaluation because allegedly there has been a repetition of various attacks against not only Aida but other people, so it could be shown that the singer suffers from a mental lack of control that would lead to violent reactions against those around him.
And, according to the Ventaneando show program, Aida will also present a similar test that supposedly shows that she has a psychological trauma due to the constant bullying that her brother has undertaken against her in the media, which has been a very heavy burden against her . This is what his lawyer said:
There are about 20 videos in addition to those that we had already offered previously, I also exhibited various documentation of the psychologist who performed the assessment on Doña Aída, in the sense that she does have the faculties, as the psychology says, of having anxiety generalized. Because the counterpart said that it did not have the power to issue such opinions, with the documents that were accredited today, it is clear that the lawyer has the powers to make these diagnoses

And it is that, to add strength to his version, the same lawyer reiterated to the authorities that they perform a test so that they can confirm the state of mental health in which the singer is, which is a mandatory step to follow since An opinion must be practiced by the prosecution to guarantee that both parties have good mental health.
The conflict between Aída Cuevas and Carlos has led to accusations that lead to relationships between which the names of other celebrities such as Alberto Aguilera, better known as Juan Gabriel, came to light , since both have been accused of having had a romantic relationship with him. “Divo de Juárez” which has led them to have some conflicts with the lawyer of the mythical singer and songwriter.
The lawyer Joaquín Muñoz, went so far as to affirm that Aída Cuevas had a sentimental relationship with Juan Gabriel and that Rodrígo Cuevas, the singer’s first son, would have been born as a result. This is what Muñoz said:
Yes, indeed, he is Juan Gabriel’s biological son. Aída Cuevas cheated on him and then confessed to Juan Gabriel that the insemination had hit, that Rodrigo was his son

However, beyond the relationship that both brothers have with Juan Gabriel, the truth is that it seems that the relationship is completely irrecoverable, since Aída herself thus narrated the alleged acts of violence that Carlos would have committed against her, so she said before the Ventaneando program :
It was a terrible thing. He came to attack him like a bull (his father). He was going wrong: he was not sober (…) He also became aggressive with me: he beat me up. I do not know if he is damaged (…) He is accused because he has damaged me psychologically. I don’t know if you notice it, but I have lost a lot of weight. All this has affected me a lot, of course I have a letter from the doctor with whom I have been treating for two and a half years to cope with the situation, I do transcendental meditation, I do what I can, but it eats me all this
