The Court of First Instance and Guarantee of Quintero -in the region of Valparaíso– set a hearing for the end of November to debate the formalization of the investigation into the death inside a motel of Valentina González.
The Public Ministry ruled out having made a decision in this stage of the process, while the plaintiff attorney requested to file charges against two companions of the victim, assuring that one of them intends to leave the country.

The plaintiff attorney Cynthia Pérez, who represents the victim’s family, affirmed that the request was filed with the Quintero Court of First Instance and Guarantee, where they are waiting Charges are filed for the crime of qualified homicide against a man and a woman who accompanied the young woman.
The man is the one who is accused of having contacted relatives after Valentina’s death, including a magistrate who is part of the Judicial Power, who would have entered the place where the 27-year-old woman was found.
