For a long time, the classic anime of Neon Genesis Evangelion it was quite difficult to get officially. Fortunately, with the arrival of the series on Netflix, as well as the Rebuild series on Prime Video, it is becoming more and more accessible to enjoy the work of Hideaki Anno. Now, For collectors, a Blu-ray package has been revealedincluding all 26 original episodes, two movies, and what appears to be endless additional content.
Today, GKIDS Films announced three bundles of the original anime from Evangelion. The standard version includes all 26 episodes of the anime, as well as the movie from Death (True) 2 and The End of Evangelion, as well as more than five hours of additional content. Secondly, The Collector’s Edition also provides us with a special box, as well as the English dubbing and classic subtitles. Remember that when the series arrived on Netflix, it was accompanied by new work in these two sections, something that was controversial.
Finally, we have the Ultimate Edition, which also offers us an art book, plus hours of bonus content, official merchandise, and anime art. This is the description of this collection:

“The Standard Edition is an essential five-disc set containing more than five hours of additional features, including animations, TV commercials, music videos and more. This set includes the original twenty-six episode series, NEON GENESIS EVANGELION, as well as the films EVANGELION: DEATH (TRUE) 2 and THE END OF EVANGELION. The Collection version includes English and Japanese audio tracks, as well as English subtitles, English SDH, Songs & Signs ”.
