A homophobic slippage during the municipal campaign Toulouse has just been condemned by justice. On June 26, 2020, at; a few days of the second round, a collaborator of the majority; municipal, therefore a supporter of the outgoing mayor Jean-Luc Moudenc (ex-LR), was let go; in a Facebook post. Commenting on the interview with François Piquemal, then a member of the environmentalist list led by Antoine Maurice, the defendant had considered that this candidate was “as ugly as [his] tarlouze at the head of the list”.
Antoine Maurice had then filed; Complaint for public insult due to sexual orientation.

A tense campaign does not justify everything
