The affectation corresponds to the fact that the frozen product in the trucks without its prompt distribution loses quality. This was confirmed by the Salmon Council in conversation with Radio Bío Bío.
For this reason, the industry made the decision not to harvest the fish during this Friday, in order to avoid the situation mentioned.
