The authority has initiated an investigation into any unfair commercial practices by the satellite broadcaster
The battle between Sky and Tim on the rights of Serie A continues. The Antitrust, as the Courier service, has started an investigation after the appeal filed by Tim that disputes unfair commercial practices by Sky. The object of the dispute? Alleged misleading information to subscribers on the content of next season’s Soccer package, after Dazn was awarded the rights to seven exclusive matches per matchday and three co-exclusive (with Sky). And then the application of penalties in the event of early termination.
