After Jez Corden had opened the possibility, WB Games referred to a possible sale of NetherRealm Studios and TT Games. A discussion like this has been going on since it was first announced that WarnerMedia and AT & T’s Discovery would be merging into a new entity, Warner Bros Discovery. One of the questions posed was what exactly would happen to the various WarnerMedia groups, such as their video game developers, who did not fit in as well in the new organization.
And as WB Games has said, the new organization will include developers such as NetherRealm Studios and TT Games, much in spite of the report that Corden had recently leaked, in which it indicated that both could be for sale. This clarified by a Warner Bros Games spokesperson shortly after Corden’s report.

NetherRealm Studios is known for developing fighting video games such as the Mortal Kombat and Injustice franchises. TT Games, meanwhile, is known for developing several successful LEGO-branded video games. Both studios have contributed great games and have a reputation that precedes them, especially NetherRealm that not only owns great IPs, but also great talents in the video game industry.
