Toyota, Peugeot, Porsche, Ferrari, Audi, BMW, Acura, Glickenhaus and Dallara-Cadillac: this is the starting grid in the main class that will compete for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023. The regulations LMDh – Hypercar it is in fact enjoying the favor of many manufacturers ready to compete for the throne in endurance races in the World Endurance Championship, the WEC, but also in IMSA in the United States. The American manufacturer Cadillac has in fact announced that it will enter the LMDh prototype formula in 2023 with a Dallara-based car that will be managed by the Action Express Racing and Chip Ganassi Racing teams. Cadillac’s official commitment after months of rumors brings a fifth manufacturer in the LMDh class after previous announcements from Acura, Audi, Porsche and BMW. The debut of the Cadillac-Dallara is scheduled for Daytona 24 Hours of 2023, a dress rehearsal ahead of the 24 Hours of Le Mans which in just under 48 months will bring together at the circuit de la Sarthe an impressive number of manufacturers eager to conquer the most legendary endurance race on the automotive scene.
