Microsoft and the FA have announced that Xbox becomes an official partner of the English National Soccer Team, with the aim of promoting inclusion and accessibility in both video games and the beautiful game. Obviously, this official association of games of the national teams of England, are the Lionesses (women’s team), eLions (electronic sports team) and Three Lions (men’s team), as well as Wembley Stadium connected by EE and St George’s Park.
This announcement has been revealed through a video of Youtube and an official press release, under the slogan «When everyone plays, we all win«. In a statement, both Xbox as the FA have said, among other things, that it is part of their commitment to ensure an excellent and safe experience in games and soccer, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, ability, faith or age.
