Youtuber Mariand Castrejón, better known as Yuya , captured the attention during the last hours because she gave a great publicity boost to a Mexican brand of sunglasses , without imagining that in a few hours her selfless action would go viral.

The story was shared on Twitter by one of the creators of the Hillman brand, Adrián Garza, who never thought that his dark glasses project would have such a presence with only a month and a half in the market and much less that he would receive free publicity from from one of the most famous influencers in Mexico.

According to the entrepreneur, based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, he started this project eight months ago with his girlfriend. During this time, they both planned the designs, colors, their first advertising campaign and everything related to the business that is now under scrutiny from all over Mexico.

Their dream of launching a Mexican sunglasses brand came to fruition a month and a half ago, when they had the finished product in their hands to begin model tests and photo sessions.

In an effort to publicize their work, they launched their social networks and a website, in addition, they sought out celebrities and influencers to ask them to be the image of their brand, but when doing the latter they discovered that their resources had not yet enough to cover the payroll of such an expensive advertising.

They told us that you had to pay (large amounts) and it is valid because it is their job, but as we are just starting … we could not pay the millions . Likewise, others were super cool and decided to support us because they liked the brand very much , “he explained in a long Twitter thread.

The launch of his brand of sunglasses was a success, although it was discreet it had a great impact. At this point is where Yuya was present in the lives of Mexican entrepreneurs of just 24 and 25 years.

“One random day (a month after launching the brand) I was looking at Ig’s notifications (Instagram) to see likes, follows, mentions, etc. and out of nowhere it appears to me that YUYA LIKED US SEVERAL PICTURES, obviously I got into the profile because I said: ‘IT’S NOT THE REAL ACCOUNT, but it was !!!’ “, he added in his publication on social networks .

This approach prompted them to personally seek her out and send her a few pairs of the glasses. This contact received a more surprising response from Yuya: “A while ago I found your Instagram and what I saw in the photos seemed like a spectacle to me.”

The response of the influencer left the entrepreneurs breathless, who launched the shipment of their products.

Yuya reacted when receiving the products and shared a story on Instagram to promote them, which was what unleashed the euphoria not only of the entrepreneurs, but of the entire community on social networks who applauded the impulse without charging a single weight for the mention.
