Opposition politician Freddy Guevara was arrested on a highway in Venezuela’s capital Caracas on Monday. Venezuelan prosecutors say he is charged with terrorism and treason. Guevara is a close ally of opposition leader Juan Guaidó who is seen by the United States and other countries as the legitimate president of the South American country.
