“A beautiful but useless book”
“Since its creation, it has not been attached to the slightest road. A beautiful work, but useless”, one could hear in particular in the television report. However, the departmental council had invested 2.7 million euros for its construction at the time.
The building, far from being the pride of of the inhabitants, had been built at; originally to be part of a road connecting Highway 304 to the RN43. Except that after several years, the whole project had collapsed; under court order after having been attacked by opponents. The bridge having been built even before the road which was to see the light of day in 2018, this one has therefore become totally uninteresting.
