No detainees continue an investigation by the Carabineros Crime Laboratory in Melipilla , after two unknown persons shot and killed a 22-year-old man.
During Sunday night, the murder of a 22-year-old young man was reported next to his house in the Melipilla commune.
According to information provided by Captain Ramón Palma of the Carabineros, the incident occurred on a public highway on Gilda Reyes street, at a time when the victim was walking down the street.
Two unknown persons aboard a motorcycle violently approached him and threatened him with a firearm with which they finally killed him with two shots; one in the head, and another in the abdomen.

Due to the seriousness of the young man’s injuries, he died meters from his house.
Meanwhile, the criminals fled in an unknown direction.
For now, Carabineros personnel are investigating the incident, as well as collecting audiovisual material.
It should be noted that the victim did not have a police record.
At the moment, there is no hypothesis of what could have happened and there are no detainees.
