Deputy Minister of health of Ukraine, chief sanitary doctor Viktor Lyashko during the briefing showed how to use antiseptic.
According to him, to spray antiseptic at a distance of 30 centimeters from the hands of the irrational. Victor Lyashko recommends to pour 2.5-3 ml of antiseptic directly into the hands.
