The pandemic has shifted towards digital businesses. So much so that in the Covid-19 era ‘Mental health’ apps have started to fly online as digital consumers have begun to turn their backs on tourism sector which has literally collapsed. According to the latest survey carried out by Trustpilot – which Adnkronos is able to anticipate – the “Mental Health & Wellness” sector records 3-digit growth while the “Travel & Tourism” sector proves to be the most penalized, with 900 million fewer tourists in 2020 in the most popular travel destinations according to UNWTO data .
