During the Gamescom that just ended, 2P Games and developer Nekcom Entertainment announced DYING: 1983, sequel to its title DYING: Reborn (2018). And they have done so by accompanying it with a first trailer of the game’s gameplay. In Dying: 1983 we will explore a world separated from our reality. There we will have to get hold of objects, while we are discovering the truth that hides behind that world. On this occasion we can also count on the return of Fishhead, the mysterious creature that was important in the first installment. At the moment the release date is unknown and it will initially arrive on PlayStation 5, followed by PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC, according to the portal Bloody disgusting.
DYING: 1983 is the new Japanese survival horror that will be on Xbox One
As is usual on the eve of September, little by little new horror projects are coming to light. During the last Gamescom we could finally enjoy the new gameplay of The Outlast Trials; Expected spin-off of the Red Barrels saga that will arrive next year and that will be, for the first time, cooperative. Capcom is also expected to finally announce Resident Evil Revelations 3 soon, which has recently been talked about again for the inclusion of Resident Evil Revelations 2 characters in Teppen.
But not only survival horror lives terror. Heading into autumn, the zombies will return in style with Back 4 Blood, which will be released on Xbox Game Pass and Dying Light 2, the long-awaited sequel to the Techland title. And that’s not counting the surprises that have yet to be announced.
