In the tenth week of competition Titans and Heroes had to face a new battle for survival in which the blues did not want to lose another of their members in elimination.

The Titans took the fortress from the Heroes in the week and sent them to the camp, where they would have to suffer from scarce resources and inputs. In addition, before beginning the battle for survival, the host of the program, Antonio Rosique, sent a message of strength to Turkey, where a 6.6 earthquake was experienced.

The Circuit of the Pipes was the headquarters of the contest between reds and blues. This time the women of the Titans were at risk , while for the Heroes it was the men who could be eliminated.

Héroes was in the lead from the beginning, since in the first half of the contest they positioned themselves five to three over their rivals , but they ran the risk of losing again if the Titans rallied the competition, a scenario they have already experienced in other battles of this type.

However, and although the Titans managed to draw a couple of times, the blues achieved 10 points of the battle against seven of the reds , managing to stay together for the first time in several weeks.

Thus, as it had not happened for more than a month, Antonio Rosique announced to two of the red athletes that they could leave the competition : sprinter Gloria Murillo and Mariana Ugalde, badminton player . Finally, the last of the competitors who would go to the elimination was chosen by her own team and announced by the soccer player Mati Álvarez.

After analyzing it as a whole, Carmelita Correa, pole vault athlete, was the third possible eliminated from the Exathlon beaches.

The three red women had to face the Power Circuit of the competition, which requires a great effort from the participants due to the heavy obstacles they have to overcome. Carmelita stayed in the lead with an impeccable participation in which most of the time she stayed with the five lives.

It was Gloria Murillo , who began to decline in her participation, and was left with one life, while her companions had four and three lives. The team had three transferable medals , which belonged to Mati Álvarez, sprinter Zudikey Rodríguez and soccer player Patricio Araujo, but none of them transferred the medal to Gloria so that she could have an extra life.

Thus, a final duel between the sprinter and the badminton player was played that made Gloria Murillo the second Titans woman to leave the competition. After the match, the eliminated athlete shared a few words for her teammates and the spectators:

I am very aware that I earned my place here because of everything we achieved in the first season (…) I knew that it would be difficult to come back because it is an opportunity that not everyone is given. Unfortunately this is how it is, not only here but also outside

She assured that all the experiences and advice she got from the competition will return home with her.

I am a very noble person who always looks out for the good of all and I hope I have left something to them too

Thus, the sprinter left the beaches of Costa Rica where she had competed for ten weeks, leaving the Titans waiting for the new partner who will take her place.
