For reasons that are being investigated, the truck that was carrying both occupants collided with the trunk of a tree in the Los Tilos sector.
A violent traffic accident caused the death of two people this morning in the commune of Bulnes, in the Ñuble region.
The incident occurred in the Los Tilos sector, at km 9.5 of the N-75 route.
Both people were traveling in a van which, for reasons that are being investigated, left the road, impacting against the trunk of a tree.

Occupants of the vehicle died instantly
Both The occupants of the vehicle died instantly, according to SAMU fire and rescue personnel after arriving at the scene.
Carabineros keep the site of the event isolated, while waiting for the concurrence of personnel from the Legal Medical Service.
The prosecutor on duty indicated that it will be the SIAT of Carabineros de Ñuble who will investigate the causes of this fatal accident.
