Consumers of illicit products of cannabis-type will be sanctioned immediately by a fixed penalty without a judicial process is set in motion.
The measure does not concern only the holders of cannabis, a sanction of the same type will be applied to the cocaine. Several conditions are nevertheless required to not end up before a court.
A person arrested with drugs should not have more than 100 gr of cannabis or 10 gr of cocaine on it, the “doses” for his personal consumption. It will also be of legal age and in possession of their identity papers.
Other criteria, the criminal history of the consumer (no more than three convictions in connection with narcotic drugs) and the acceptance of the entry of the product in view of its destruction.
If all of these conditions are not met, it is the usual procedure, namely, the custody that will apply.
A fine scalable
You smoke a joint on the street, you are stopped by the forces of law and order and meet the conditions ? A fine lump-sum delict will therefore be established, on the basis of 200€. It will increase to 150€ if you pay within fifteen days.
But the amount to pay can also be increased, namely to€ 450 for any payment delay in excess of 45 days. Finally, the maximum penalty incurred is imprisonment and a fine, always, but this time of 3750€.
