Green pass, the Ministry of Health has issued a circular regulating the requirements that vaccination and healing certifications issued by Third States must report so that they can be regularly used on the Italian territory. A validity that – specifies the document – “is the same as the one provided for the green Covid-19 certification (EU digital Covid Certificate) issued by the Italian State”. The circular specifies that the vaccines recognized for the purpose of the ‘pass’ are only the 4 so far authorized by the EMA.
In particular, vaccination certifications – reads the circular signed by the Director General of Prevention of the ministry Giovanni Rezza – must contain at least the following contents: identification data of the holder (name, surname, date of birth); data relating to the vaccine (name and batch); date (s) of administration of the vaccine; identification data of the person who issued the certificate (State, Health Authority). And again: vaccination certificates, in paper and / or digital format, must be drawn up in at least one of the following languages: Italian; English; French; Spanish. In the event that the certificate was not issued in one of the four languages indicated, it must be accompanied by a sworn translation, specifies the ministry.
The ministry recalls that “the vaccines currently accepted in Italy and authorized by Ema are: Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNtech); Spikevax (Modern); Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) and Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)“.
As regards the certifications of healing – the ministerial circular still reads – they must contain at least the following contents: identification data of the holder (name, surname, date of birth); information on the holder’s previous SarS-CoV-2 infection, following a positive test (date of first positive swab); identification data of the person who issued the certificate (State, Health Authority). All the certifications of healing, in paper and / or digital format – it is specified – must be accompanied by a sworn translation.

The validity of the healing certificates – concludes the document – is the same as for the green Covid-19 certification (EU digital Covid certificate) issued by the Italian State.
