It all stemmed from a mysterious Twitter post, and while nothing was confirmed. until today, the Shueisha has just given an exclusive interview on the subject.
Mysterious tweets
Yesterday, during the day, a mysterious account Twitter followed by Murata, the mangaka behindOne-Punch Man, posted two very mysterious tweets, with the caption “4 more chapters for now”.

The Shueisha’s response
During an interview granted to; Oricon News, the Shueisha spokesperson said; Jan 25, 2022:“Yes, we are indeed hearing that this is the actual person” behind the Twitter account, at; know Togashi Yoshihiro. The return of Hunter x Hunteris therefore now official, since we know full well that the Shueisha would not have taken the risk of saying that it was the mangaka if such was not the case .
À note that the author of Togashi Yoshihiro’s Twitter account, has already reached 1.4 million subscribers in just one day, proof of the enthusiasm for; the international that the idea of the Hunter x Hunter return gives rise to. It will however be necessary to wait a little to know if the manga is back for good, or if it will, once again, be interspersed; multiple breaks.
